2. Energy Console (Registration Required)

  • Create an account and deposit funds
  • Create orders from the console

How long is Energy valid for?

Validity periods depend on the mode you choose:

  • Direct Mode: 1-hour validity
  • Console Mode: 1 hour - 30 days (selectable)

⚠️ Energy will automatically expire and is not automatically renewed. Create a new order if you need to continue using it.

What's the minimum rental amount?

The minimum rental amount is 32,000 Energy, which is the basic requirement for executing a TRC20 transfer.

Energy consumption reference:

  • TRC20 transfer (e.g., USDT): ~32,000 - 65,000 Energy
  • DeFi smart contract interaction: ~65,000 - 200,000 Energy
  • NFT trading: ~100,000 - 300,000 Energy
  • Complex contract calls: 300,000+ Energy
How do I estimate how much Energy I need?

How do I deposit funds?

Supported deposit methods:

  • TRX: TRON native token deposits

  2. Go to the "Funds" page
  3. Click "Deposit"
  4. Get your deposit address and transfer funds
  5. Wait for blockchain confirmation (~1-2 minutes)
Do you offer refunds?

Refund Policy:

  • Within 5 minutes of order creation and Energy not yet sent, you can request a full refund
  • System failure preventing timely Energy delivery qualifies for refund
  • ❌ No refunds if Energy has already been sent to the target address
  • ❌ No refunds for losses due to user error in entering addresses

⚠️ Refund requests are processed through the order page. Refunds return to your account balance.

How is pricing calculated?

Price is determined by:

  • Energy quantity: The amount of Energy you're renting
  • Rental duration: 1 hour (Direct) or 1h-30d (Console)
  • Console price: Fluctuates based on real-time Energy supply and demand

Direct Mode is fixed: 3.6 TRX → 65k, 7.2 TRX → 131k.

Pricing formula:

Total Price = Energy Amount × Unit Price (Based on selected duration)

What should I do if Energy delivery fails?

Common reasons:

  • Incorrect recipient address
  • Network congestion causing delays
  • Target address already has sufficient Energy (system refuses to send)
  • Blockchain anomalies

How to troubleshoot:

  1. Check the error message in your order details
  2. Wait 5 minutes and refresh the page
  3. Contact our support team if the issue persists
  4. Provide your order ID and transaction hash

✅ If your order fails, you can request a refund from the order page, and the funds will be returned to your account balance.

What if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password via email:

  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Click "Send Reset Link"
  4. Check your email (including spam folder)
  5. Click the link in the email to set a new password

The reset link is valid for 24 hours. Contact support if you don't receive the email.
