- "Order" refers to a user-created Energy rental request
- "Account" refers to a user's personal account registered on the Platform
3. Service Description
3.1 Service Offerings
The Platform provides the following services:
- Temporary TRON network Energy rental services
- Energy console hosting services
- Direct charging mode for rapid Energy acquisition
- Order management and query services
- Address management services
3.2 Service Scope
The Platform acts solely as an intermediary for Energy rental services and is not responsible for the operation of the TRON network itself. We allocate Energy temporarily to user-specified addresses through the delegation mechanism.
3.3 Service Limitations
- Minimum rental amount: 32,000 Energy
- Rental duration: Direct Mode (fixed 1 hour) · Console Mode (1 hour - 30 days; select during order creation)
- A single address may only receive Energy delegation once within a 14-day period
4. Account Registration
4.1 Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to register an account
- You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Each user may register only one account
- You are required to verify your email address
4.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
- You must not share your account credentials with anyone else
- You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account if we discover any of the following:
- Provision of false information
- Violation of these terms of service
- Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Prolonged inactivity (exceeding one year)
5. Usage Rules
5.1 Prohibited Conduct
When using the Platform's services, you must not:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with Platform operations
- Access other users' accounts without authorization
- Use automated tools to maliciously place orders
- Abuse the refund policy
5.2 Compliant Use
You confirm that you will use rented Energy only for lawful TRON network interactions, including but not limited to token transfers, DeFi interactions, NFT trading, and other normal business activities.
5.3 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that the TRON address you provide is accurate and correct. The Platform assumes no responsibility for Energy delivery failures or losses resulting from address errors.
6. Payment and Refunds
6.1 Payment Methods
- TRX (TRON native currency)
- USDT (TRC20 standard)
6.2 Pricing
Console prices fluctuate in real-time based on market supply and demand, while Direct Mode is fixed: 3.6 TRX → 65k, 7.2 TRX → 131k. The price at the time of order creation is final and will not change due to market fluctuations.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund Conditions:
- Full refund: within 5 minutes of order creation if Energy has not been delivered
- Full refund: if service failure results from system malfunction
- No refund: if Energy has been successfully delivered to the target address
- No refund: if user provided an incorrect address
6.4 Account Balance
Account balance may only be used for consuming services on the Platform and cannot be withdrawn. If you need to recover your balance, please contact customer support, and we will handle your request based on specific circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Availability
We strive to ensure 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We assume no responsibility for service interruptions resulting from the following causes:
- System maintenance or upgrades
- TRON network failures
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)
- Third-party service failures
7.2 Compensation for Damages
In no event shall our liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We assume no responsibility for the following damages:
- Indirect losses and lost profits
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Reputational damage
7.3 Third-Party Risks
The TRON network used by the Platform is operated and maintained by third parties. We make no warranties regarding the security, stability, or performance of the TRON network.
8. Service Termination
8.1 User Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings page. Upon termination, your personal information will be handled according to our privacy policy, and all account balance must be processed before termination.
8.2 Platform Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms of service
- Provision of false information
- Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse of services or disruption to other users
- Prolonged inactivity (exceeding one year)
8.3 Consequences of Termination
After service termination, you will lose access to your account. However, any valid orders that have been created will continue to be executed as agreed.

Continued use of the services after term modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please discontinue using the services.
